Vacationing family- Baker Beach Photography by Pam Biasotti

So, as I pull the cobwebs off my blog,  I post a session from a few weeks back.  Usually I am updating everything on Facebook, but thought it would be appropriate to make a blog post for these clients.   They were visiting San Francisco and we decided to meet at Baker Beach.  I promised a sneak peek to them as I finish the final touches.  Thank you for the fun time in the sand.   Here’s some images in the battery area

Then and Now-San Francisco Newborn and Family Photographer

Once  upon a time there was a family who looked like this.  They were a family of three.

Shortly after this shoot the family welcomed a newborn son who had an adoring sister.  They looked like this.

Today brother and sister look like this.

They all live happily ever after.  The best part is that Mom and Dad still love to toss their babies in the air and have fun no matter what.

San Francisco Child Baby Family Photographer-Pam Biasotti

This San Francisco family invited me to the city to capture them in their comfortable, beautiful home.  Awesome people with 2 adorable young sons.  Sneak peak for them.  Thanks for having me!

Doesn’t little R look like he’s a wise old soul?  At 4 months of age he is taking it all in.

After jumping up and down on mom and dad’s bed D paused for a quick rest.

I wanted to send a sneak peak to the parents of these darling siblings.  I photographed H last year and baby sister C just arrived to make their family complete.  Very pretty and extremely alert.  She seemed to enjoy when I spoke to her and stared at me for long periods of time.  I always have fun shooting on location in San Francisco!   Congrats and thank you for having me in your home!  Just one for now.  More to come.

San Francisco Baby Photographer-Pam Biasotti

Yesterday (well now it’s more than yesterday since it’s the early morning hours right now) I traveled to San Francisco to photograph a family and their beloved toy poodle.  The mom and dad are proud parents of a 7 month old baby boy, S.  This little guy has the biggest brown eyes and happiest face you would ever want to meet.  I promised a few sneak peaks before I get swamped this week.  First we have Mr. Adorable…

Mom and Dad are crazy about their son.

One of the whole family.  It was a challenge to get Toby the dog sitting pretty with baby S.  While I managed to get Toby’s attention, S. thought his hand tasted pretty good.

It was Fleet Week in the City.  Loud planes rumbling back and forth.  My clients were only a short walk away from Alamo Square and we thought it would be fun to capture some shots of the Painted Ladies while watching the Blue Angels buzz by near us.  Unfortunately S. fell asleep on the way up to the park, so Toby decided to strut his stuff and pose.

Thank you B. Family for the nice time together.  I always love a beautiful day in San Francisco.

Pam Biasotti Photography Holiday Mini Sessions

October bookings are full and if you are planning on holiday portraits this is the last opportunity to commission me for print delivery before my holiday cutoff date. November bookings are limited to maternity, newborn, and pets.   Many holiday clients find that they want custom portraits but don’t want to invest in a full session during this time of the year.  Back by popular demand are the holiday mini sessions.  This year we will be scheduling mini sessions on Friday November 7, 2008 at Blue Sky Studios in San Francisco.  What makes this such a special location is 1)  THE LIGHT IS GORGEOUS 2) Weather doesn’t matter  3) You can be yourselves, have fun, and show unique family images to your friends and family for your holiday cards.

Contact my office at 925-556-1529 to schedule your holiday mini session today!  Check the blog for more updates.

According to Mark Twain the Coldest Winter He Ever Spent Was a Summer in San Francisco

You have heard the famous quote. It’s absolutely true. You can spot a summer tourist in San Francisco by the tank tops, shorts and flip flops they are wearing. The sweatshirt vendors make a killing down at Fisherman’s Wharf because people don’t plan for our lovely gloom of summer and freeze their tushes off.

My clients, however are residents of the city by the bay and know how to dress their adorable son, H! H is about to turn two years old and he is a mighty bundle of energy and spunk. He’s on the go and interested in things like trucks, balls, boats, sand, sticks and leaves. Very happy little fella. We had our summer session and here are a few sneak peaks for his mom and dad. They were both with me at the session and very nice folks to hang out with. We met at Chrissy Field which is one of my favorite San Francisco locations. It’s close to the Presido, which is another favorite as well as Baker Beach. You can’t beat any of those locations for unique settings.

H is very fascinated by nature. He’s a boy’s boy. He’s all boy.

I brought along my dog toy (which doubles as a kid’s toy). It’s a rubber chicken that looks EXACTLY like my brother-in-law. I call it Uncle Dave. Unfortunately, no one else in our family recognizes the resemblance except my husband. They think I am insane. H is already throwing like a champ.

The water fascinated him as well. Here he is peering over the wall, staring out at Marin County and Alcatraz in the distance.
