You Had Me At Meow-Cat Photographer

I have only 2 spots left for my Holiday Mini Sessions on Sunday October 25.  These are studio style.  Please call me at 925-556-1529 to secure your spot.  This is a great opportunity–a chance to save substantially off the session fee.

You think photographing dogs are a challenge?  Try photographing cats.  Or should I say 4 month old kitten siblings that have ADD and wouldn’t give me the time of day until I did a few things to perk up their interest.

You can find the rest of these on my Woof Blog.

Murphy’s Paw PhoDOGraphy Springtime Photo Sessions–Pleasanton Dog Photographer Pam Biasotti

Murphy’s Paw Pleasanton has graciously invited me back to do springtime pet minis this Sunday March 22.  I believe they still have a few slots open, so go down to 410 Main St. Pleasanton and sign your pet(s) up.  I will be there from 11 am until 5 pm.  Your donation will go to the Valley Humane Society.   Along with your complimentary 5×7 you will be able to purchase other items from your session. Also, if you are signed up for these minis you will be eligible for 50% off your session fee if you book a future full pet session with me.  I look forward to meeting you and seeing the return clients!  The two Terriers above will be there–can’t wait to see them again.

Karma is doing well.  I am feeling just like a newborn mom again.  I haven’t showered yet, there’s laundry piled on my bed to be folded and she’s napping in between periods of feeding and playing.  My life is revolving around this little girl.  She’s in her crate right now.  Loves it–a little too big for her at the moment which makes accidents more probable, but we are managing.

Karma is pleased to meet you.  Future High Five slap.

Her new collar arrived from Aunt Kelly and Uncle Dave.  I will show it to you next time to see the beautiful handmade detail Aunt Kelly put into it.  She designs custom dog collars.

Happy Monday!

Cat of the Day-Pam Biasotti Photography

Trying to get back on track.  San Diego peeps watch your email in the next day or so, will have gallery and passwords available.  These were the only two cats that showed up for the Tuscan Willow Pet Boutique shoot.  Bella and Dre.

Cats are not the same as photographing dogs, but we can still connect and get great moments with their human.  Funny thing happened while I was photographing these two felines.  They managed to get comfortable in a corner of the shooting area, behind a metal staircase.  I ended up shooting through the stairs as to not upset them.  I kind of forgot about the banister and when I was getting up punctured my head.  When I say puncture–it was just that.  I should have taken a photo of the blood dripping down my face.  I tend to do some stupid things in the name of a photograph.  Ask my friend Erika how I managed to capture her lovely sunset maternity photos on the beaches of Hawaii.  That involved some blood shed too.

Once again, thank you for all your support and kind words about the passing of Riley.  Every day has been an on and off tear fest for me.  It gets a tad better each day but something crazy will set me off and cause me to break down over the silliest things.  I am trying to take baby steps.
