This is Paris, and being the Labrador Retriever that she is, she loves water.  She’s energetic and playful.

One of the few eye contact moments we had with one another.  She was into her toys.

Paris loved her swimming pool.  She had no problem jumping right in and going after her toy.  Another eye contact moment.  I must have had a treat over my head or something…

Watch out, she’s shaking off the excess water!  Remind oneself to never stand next to a wet dog with your beloved Canon 1D Mark 3 as a dog emerges from a pool of water.  Zoom lenses are probably a good idea.

All that exercise has made Paris thirsty.  At least she isn’t lapping up the pool water to quench her thirst.  That would be kinda of gross.

And here is why I am glad she doesn’t drink from the pool….

Um yeah.  Instead of blaming young children for using the pool, how about blaming the dogs instead when they gotta go?  I won’t be dipping into that swimming pool anytime soon no matter how much chlorine is used in it!!!
